As a 2013 model, it is reassuring seeing a full service book with all services undertaken at Seat main dealership (Carlisle) with only one owner since new and only 55k on the clock.

The car did have some minor chips and paint defects, nothing out of the ordinary.

I still can't find anything on the market that has the same spec, similar mileage, and also within the price range.
